Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Product Opening Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth return and replacement process, customers are required to record a clear unboxing/opening video immediately after receiving the package.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning without cuts or edits.
- In case any damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product is found, the opening video must be shared with us as proof.
- Returns, replacements, or refund requests for damaged/defective products will only be considered if a valid opening video is provided.
- Claims without an opening video may not be eligible for return or refund approval.
