Return and Refund Policy

At Sentoor Kartoon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Opening Video Requirement


To ensure a smooth return and replacement process, customers are required to record a clear unboxing/opening video immediately after receiving the package.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning without cuts or edits.
  • In case any damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product is found, the opening video must be shared with us as proof.
  • Returns, replacements, or refund requests for damaged/defective products will only be considered if a valid opening video is provided.
  • Claims without an opening video may not be eligible for return or refund approval.

  • Please report any damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email us with clear images and your order ID for a quicker resolution.
